Salve a tutti ! Sono tornato, dopo la pausa pasquale e post-elettorale, e come promesso non ho intenzione di lasciar morire questo blog, tutt'altro. Proprio pochi giorni fa, Elisabetta (la mia ragazza N.d.A) ha comprato un libro sulla storia del Partito Socialista Italiano, e iniziata la lettura si è trovata a leggere di come siamo nati, nella Sala Sivori a Genova 118 anni fa, dando inizio a quella che fu una vera e propria storia di "apostolato laico".

Discorsi meramente politicisti, con il loro indubbio fondamento per carità, ma che non rispondono alla prima esigenza della nostra Sinistra: falliti i partiti di massa novecenteschi, dal PCI al PSI alla DC, fallito il modello veltroniano del partito liquido, cambiato drasticamente il mondo ... ch'addafà la Sinistra per tornare al governare ?
La prima risposta che penso dovremo porci è : CHI VOGLIAMO RAPPRESENTARE ?
Di per me, io continuo a considerare valida la distinzione di Bobbio Norberto, una delle autorità italiane della scienza politica, su cosa sia la destra e cosa la sinistra. La Sinistra dovrebbe essere la forza che più tende a difendere l'eguagilanza, sociale, economica e culturale. La destra quella che invece propone soluzioni più verticali, che siano messe in termini di "darwinismo sociale" liberista (solo i più forti sopravvivono) o in senso gerarchico, tradizionalista / religioso, o addirittura autoritario.
Di conseguenza, non credo che debba mutare il bacino di persone che vogliamo rappresentare: si tratta di tutti i ceti svantaggiati dall'attuale società, che dobbiamo almeno provare a promuovere in un'ottica di maggiore equità.
Ma quali sono oggi i ceti svantaggiati, e come è possibile coinvolgerli, dopo che il trionfo dell'individuo-consumatore
